Streets Beach - Inner City Swimming At Southbank

Proudly holding the title of Australia’s only inner-city man-made beach, Streets Beach is an icon in Brisbane and an absolute must-do with the kids. It’s very well maintained and provides a reprieve from scorching heat in Brisbane. Check with the visitor centre to see times of life guard patrols as they are always changing. It accessible by wheel chair, has toilets and loads of great cafes nearby.

ellaslist opinion: When the kids are done swimming, take them to the huge playground nearby to really work them out.
