Is This the Best Hot Chocolate in Melbourne?

I know, right? "The best hot chocolate in Melbourne" is a big call!
But honestly, with fudge sauce, whipped cream, choc brownie and toasted marshmallow, Uncle Drew's Mega Hot Chocolate at $10 would be hard to beat.
Chocolate Overload
Separately, those elements would already be a chocolate-lover's delight, but pop them all together in a sugar-overload outrageous choc tower, and you've got quite the hot chocolate experience.
The brownie is dense and fudgy, with toasted hazelnuts throughout and the crispy brownie top we have all come to love. The hot chocolate itself is smooth and creamy and proper chocolate-tasting, not washed out at all.
Fortunately, mega hot chocolate drinkers are provided with a straw and a spoon and say yes to the offered side plate for the brownie - you will need it!
Recovery
If you want to temper the sweet, sweet insanity that is the mega hot chocolate, the menu at Uncle Drew is so damn good. They have an all-day breakfast (toasties, granola, omelettes, eggs and sourdough among the goodies available) and lunch from 11am. They take their coffee super-seriously and the tea is Calmer Sutra which is always great.
For those who just can't get through a mega hot choc, there is a regular size for $4 and is every bit as delicious.
