If your kids are always climbing on the couch, or you, rock climbing could be the perfect activity to let the get it all out of their systems. Rock climbing is a great sport for kids of all ages, with centres set up to cater for all ages and abilities. Start them young and watch how fast they’re springing up cliff-faces and giving you a heart attack. Most centres will include equipment hire in their prices, so you don’t need anything to turn up and give it a go.
