Phillips Park in Lidcombe Gets a Colourful Makeover!

Phillips Park now boasts two brand-new play spaces, designed to suit kids of all ages and abilities. Whether you're climbing, sliding, or swinging, there's something for all play pursuits. The new additions also include a fun nature play area that brings out the inner explorer in every kid. You'll find high-accessibility features for children with different needs, making sure that no one misses out on the fun.
 

And let's talk soft landings – rubber and mulch soft fall have been installed to keep things comfy and safe, while bench seats, loungers, and stylish sandstone blocks make for perfect chill spots for parents who need to take a breather. The play equipment was designed and installed by Proludic and includes all of your favourites such as swings, a cubbyhouse, a merry-go-round, see-saws, and more.

Zoom Around the Learn-to-Ride Loop

Kids can now enjoy their very own Learn to Ride loop – an epic circuit for beginners on bikes and scooters thoughtfully designed and built by Growth Civil Landscapes. Plus, bike racks and bubblers are scattered around for quick water breaks and gear storage.

Stay Cool Under the Shade

We know how hot it can get during those summer months, but Phillips Park in Lidcombe has thought of everything. With shade sails, newly planted shade trees, and water fountains, everyone can stay cool while having fun in the sun. There's also a 1.2-metre-wide footpath and shared concrete path for cyclists and walkers alike.
