Helicopter, Lawnmower, Free-range, Snowplough, Attachment or Cry-it-out-proponent — our parenting ways get strong labels attached to them. These are often negative, judgemental and unhelpful to both parents and children, causing us (and them) anxiety and stress. So how to navigate the murky waters of parenting to raise kids that are happy and thriving?

Don't miss this inspiring 4-hour workshop called Raising Brave Kids, with expert guest speakers such as the parenting guru Maggie Dent, psychologist Karen Young and Warren Cann, the CEO of Parenting Research Centre. Raising Brave Kids equips participants with all the tools they need to raise resilient kids, as well as give you a deeper understanding of how anxiety plays out for children, and how you can strengthen your child's brain to better cope with life’s challenges. The workshop is aimed at parents of toddlers and school-aged children.

So if you want to learn:

·     The practical ways to build the competencies that will help kids manage all facets of life: the good, the bad and the ugly,

·     How to make sure your relationship with your kids is based on solid foundations,

·     How to strengthen a child's brain for him/her to be brave and resilient,

·     How to understand healthy, age-related anxiety in a child;

Come and book yourself a spot. Tickets include four specialised sessions, delicious morning tea and refreshments.
