Step into the wonderful world of David Walliams as his hilarious, bestselling book RATBURGER comes to life on stage at the Sydney Opera House for the April school holidays.

Recommended for little theatregoers 6+, RATBURGER will have them enthralled with wit and wonder throughout the side-splitting 60-minute performance about a little girl called Zoe and the evil burger man who is after her pet rat!

Things are not going well for Zoe. Her stepmother Sheila is awful - and so lazy she gets Zoe to pick her nose for her! The school bully Tina Trotts loves to make her life miserable – mainly by spitting on her head. Worse still, Her pet hamster, Gingernut, has just died.

But when Zoe finds a baby rat, she can’t help but keep it. She names him Dapper, and he becomes her replacement pet BUT the evil Burt from Burt’s Burgers is after her pet rat! Can you guess what he wants to do with it?

How will Zoe hide Dapper from her disgusting stepmother and the pest exterminator and local burger store owner, Burt? And why do Burt’s burgers taste so, well, rat-pulsive?
