Sub Base Platypus in North Sydney is hosting a FREE Swap & Save Event for one day only during these school holidays. Don't miss it!

Sub Base Platypus Swap & Save Day

Bring your pre-loved clothes, books and toys to the Torpedo Factory Precinct for Swap & Save Day and trade them in for fresh finds.

Held in collaboration with The Clothing Exchange, it is a fantastic opportunity to mingle with like-minded thrifty fashionistas, refresh your wardrobe and help fight the war against waste. Unearth amazing bargains for you and your little ones in a fun, sustainable and economical way.

There will be two lively swapping sessions on the day:

Adults Swapping Session
Check-in: 11 am to 12 pm
Swap starts promptly: 12 pm to 1 pm
Bring up to 6 quality items of pre-washed clothing or accessories in good condition

Kids Swapping Session
Check-in: 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm
Swap starts promptly: 2:15 pm to 3 pm
Bring up to 6 quality items of pre-washed clothing or accessories AND 6 toys or books

For each pre-loved garment, toy or book you bring, you’ll receive a special button to use as currency to purchase items supplied by other participants.

Kids Crafts with Reverse Garbage

Reverse Garbage will be hosting an exciting kids' workshop all day so little ones can unleash their creativity by crafting adorable animals from reclaimed materials.

Where:   Torpedo Factory Precinct Carpark, 120 High Street, North Sydney
When:    Saturday 20 April
               Clothes swap: 11 am - 1 pm | Kid's stuff swap: 1:30 pm - 3 pm
Cost:      FREE. Registration is essential for swapping.
