Embark on an enchanting journey of light and imagination with this FREE illuminating interactive installation—Sea of Light by Patch Theatre at PHIVE.

Armed with a UV torch as your paintbrush, dive into the creative process to paint and stencil your personalised voyage, steering ships that leave behind glowing paths of light. Immerse yourself in the wonders of the ocean, crafting your nautical soundtrack, controlling colour and light, and uncovering sea creatures in a magical pond.

As you explore Sea of Light, the sea floor comes alive with artworks by Contemporary Aboriginal Visual Artist Elizabeth Close, painted in light. These pieces beautifully convey the connection between land and sea, earth and waterways, drawing inspiration from the rich diversity of the Australian landscape. They reflect the profound relationship that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people share with Country.
