Online workshop: Move About

Join in for an entertaining and fun workshop all about movement on Saturday 20 September at 10am - 11am. Perfect for kids that have been sitting around too long and perfect for those interested in any sort of performing arts.

This workshop will be a mixture of drama exercises to get you moving and will also focus on some relaxation techniques. Led by the Music, Events and Theatre producer at Casula Powerhouse – Lillian Silk. Lillian has a background as an actor having studied at the Newtown Performing Arts High School and she has a long history of Theatre producing and the performing arts having worked with Sydney Theatre Company before coming to Casula Powerhouse.

There will be an opportunity for children to do some drawing at the end of the class to focus on bodies in space and they can sketch their hands, feet or poses of movements, so please have paper and pencils ready.

This workshop will be run via zoom for an hour and is suitable for age 8+ Upon booking you will receive a Zoom invitation to join on the day.
