FREE Yoganauts exercise class on Sunday 21 August!

Yoganauts would love to welcome you to a FREE Yoganauts exercise class on Sunday 21 August!

Yoganauts have been running fun and engaging school incursion programmes in NSW and VIC for 7 years, helping children develop their strength and resilience and showing them key principles of breath, focus and relaxation.

They would love your help to make a video trailer so they can show even more School Principals how awesome their techniques are. All children aged 6-11 welcome, please spread the word to your family and friends as we want a great turnout for this shoot!

This is not a traditional yoga class! Their methodology is unique and captivates everyone. They are excited for you to discover how they work. No previous experience is necessary, just come along willing to take part and enjoy it.

Each class will last about 45 minutes and delicious sandwiches from the local cafe Panivore will be served for parents and siblings who are waiting (and participants after the class!)

As a thank-you, each participating child will get to keep their Yoganauts uniform, and will receive a free swag bag full of goodies. They will also supply an image or two of your child taking part if you like. They will use the video in a trailer which they will show to prospective school clients, and use the images, video and audio taken on the day for our website and social media channels.
