Free Comic Book Day 2019

Are you a big comic book fan? Looking to restock your collection, but not so keen to part with your hard-earned cash? Well, Free Comic Book Day is back for 2019—providing heaps of free comics as part of an international celebration of all-things comic book.

And, each year, Sydney’s book lover haven, Kinokuniya, located in the Galleries, gets in on the action. This year, the CBD store will be giving away more than 13,000 free comics—and there’s more! The store is really making it an event to remember, supplying an explosion of pop culture in The Galleries, including a cosplay competition, an artist's sketch alley, and a perfectly-timed May the Fourth Star Wars trivia comp.

If you register in advance for the early bird queue, you’ll also be able to pick up a free tote show bag to house all of your new comics!
