New Arnott's Biscuit Range Inspired By Desserts
If you thought that the easing of restrictions would see the end of your indulgent COVID-diet, you can think again. Cross the Assorted Creams off your shopping list. Arnott's has launched a new range of biscuits that pairs some of their most iconic biscuits with a few of our favourite Aussie desserts.
The inventors at Arnott's, the largest producer of biscuits in Australia, have created three new dessert-inspired sensations - a Lamington Iced VoVo, a Mud Cake Shortbread Cream and a Salted Caramel Tart Scotch Finger.
Let’s break them down:
Lamington Iced VoVo
When the classic Iced VoVo meets the quintessential Aussie Lamington, you’ll find a delicious biscuit base covered with chocolate fondant and a jammy raspberry topping, sprinkled with coconut. Even without the delightful pink hues of the original, this afternoon-tea essential is still as pretty as a picture.
Mud Cake Shortbread Cream
The matchmakers have brought together the old school Shortbread Cream with the staple chocolate Mud Cake to create this reimagined morsel. Smooth chocolate cream is sandwiched between two delicious chocolate-infused shortbread biscuits to make one delicious creation.
Salted Caramel Tart Scotch Finger
The ultimate dunkable bickie, the Scotch Finger meets the ultimate treat, the Salted Caramel Tart, to deliver a melt-in-the-mouth fusion of buttery crumbliness, with crunchy caramel chunks and salty-sweet magic.
The new flavour combinations are available in Coles stores nationwide and will be in most Independent stores later this month.
