Set on Sydney’s Balmoral Beach overlooking Middle Harbour, the much-loved Bathers’ Pavilion combines beachside elegance with a 1920s art deco soul and Mediterranean charm. Bathers’ is the perfect Sydney restaurant with a view for special family occasions, date nights or even an afternoon of mums only day drinking.

In October 2019 it underwent a huge ten-week makeover... keeping the same stunning view.

Owners Serge Dansereau and Ian Pagent are serving up classic coastal dining, from beach snacks through to fine dining, all with spectacular views over Balmoral Beach.

If you want to go super chic, head up to the panoramic rooftop on level one. The Louis Roederer Terrace is the fanciest champagne bar in Sydney.

Families will probably have more fun at the Kiosk at Bathers’, where you can enjoy a bite to eat while on the beach. This isn't your usual fish'n'chip joint, at the Kiosk you'll be able to snap up a ready-made beach picnic, gourmet paninis, coffee and artisan ice-pops - and of course you can still get your fish'n'chips.

And, if you want to catch some shade, the adjoining Sunroom is there to take a seat – sandy feet welcome.

Bathers' Pavilion can be found at 4 The Esplanade, Balmoral.
