From a funky silent disco, theatre shows and Aussie family films, to arts and crafts, circus, acting and coding workshops and more! The Chatswood Family Festival on The Concourse, presented by Willoughby City Council is back. 

Premium children’s theatre performances include Storytime Ballet: Coppélia (pictured below),The Gruffalo’s Child and the Willoughby Symphony’s Mini Maestros: Musical Opposites. 

Budding actors can develop their theatre skills at NIDA School Holiday Workshops, or if you'd prefer to sit back and watch the action, check out the Urban Screen on Friday nights, with 6pm screenings of Aussie family favourites like Blinky Bill and Red Dog.

  • Family Yoga (8, 15 and 22 January 2019)
  • CodoDojo coding workshop (10 January 2019) 
  • Circus Akimbo workshops and performances (12-13 January 2019)
  • Silent Sounds - a funky FREE silent disco, with glowing headphones, putt-putt and ping-pong (19 January 2018)
  • Drop-in Art and Craft - make your mark on the huge My Australia collaborative painting while you're here! (16-25 January 2019) 

You'll also want to check out Chatswood Library, jam-packed with activities like Summer Reading Club LEGO® Fun and Crafternoon to keep little minds active over the break.
