The Summer Hill Mothers and Meditation Group is a small and welcoming group for pregnancy, new mamas, mamas with infants and toddlers.
They meet on the first Thursday of the month at 12pm at the Vajrayana Institute in Summer Hill. Join them for a cup of tea and cake, meditation and discussion.
