It's time to move your coffee table and put on your leg warmers! No Lights No Lycra Sydney (NLNL) is back with The Loungeroom Edition of their cult dance parties - and they are family-friendly! Streaming live from their Instagram, the virtual event is 30 minutes of uninhibited grooves and feel-good tunes.

Check Facebook and Instagram for the next NLNL online dance party. Then:

1) Get the playlist via the NLNL Spotify from 6:30pm if you want to listen on your own sound system.
2) Tune into the NLNL Instagram live stream at 7pm every Thursday 
3) Turn off your lights, press play and dance like no-one is watching

Grab your water and wear some comfy clothes for a fun sweat session in your loungeroom.
