Now in its 41st year, the Newtown Festival prides itself on inspiring social change - something you can be a part of with the kids come Sunday 11 November. 

Head to Camperdown Memorial Rest Park where Newtown will feel like home for all. Whether you're a local or not, the fest will celebration the unique, vibrant and accepting community that is Newtown, and there's something for everyone here.

Stroll around the park to the live music and explore the Eco Village, Better Read Than Dead Writers Tent, Kids Zone, and even a Sassy Treats Dog Show! Full line-up to be announced soon. 

You'll want to take a peek into the nearly 300 stalls featuring all the foods: Newtown-esque food, bevvies, arts and crafts, clothing, bespoke products and then some. 

The Newtown Festival is brought to the table by Newtown Neighbourhood Centre (NNC). The event's major fundraiser, each $5 entry contribution will go towards frontline services - such as housing access and elderly care - for vulberable individuals in the Inner West.

When:     Sunday 10 November, 9.30am-5.30pm
Cost:       $5/person as a donation (cash or pay pass at entry). Larger donations will be accepted gratefully.
