Light The Way fundraiser in Bankstown

On Saturday 26 May, Bankstown Central will be holding a variety of fun family activities in partnership with the Beacon Foundation to help raise funds for their youth-focussed 'Light The Way’ programs. 

The Beacon Foundation motivates young people to achieve a successful post-secondary school career. The aim of their programs is to equip students with the skills and confidence required to make the transition school to work and reduce the rate of youth unemployment.

For a gold coin donation, the kids can enjoy a variety of fun events from 10am – 3pm in the Target Mall with all proceeds going to the Light The Way programs.

Activities include:  
• Beacon Face Painting featuring the Foundation’s pink, orange & white theming 
• Creating and decorating your own beautiful paper lantern
• Cupcake Decorating with coloured icings and toppings in Beacon colours

Where:      Bankstown Central - Stacey St and North Terrace, Bankstown
