LEGO® Australia Set to Turn Darling Harbour Into a Playground With Giant Minifigures

A LEGO^® free play event is taking over Sydney's Darling Harbour for 5 huge days from 10 August 2022. 

Many big things have been popping up around Darling Harbour's ICC Precinct recently. Remember the giant marshmallow? Or what about the ice skating rink? A giant pop-up event is a great way to grab attention, which is why we're so excited that this time LEGO^® is taking over the precinct, kicking off from World Play Day. 

A LEGO^® playground with Life-sized Minifigures

Darling Harbour will become a LEGO^® playground with 20 life-sized LEGO^® Minifigures inciting playtime and awesome photo ops, from 10 August - 14 August 2022.

Families and fans are invited to reconnect and play as the LEGO^® Minifigures visit Darling Harbour. The precinct's takeover follows findings from the latest LEGO^® Play Well Study (2022) that shows 41% of parents admit that their family doesn't play enough together, while nearly 8 in 10 children wish they could play more with their parents.

This FREE play event will provide exciting moments for everyone to enjoy, whether it's moonwalking, break dancing, playing hide and seek or practising air guitar!
