After the Cherry Blossoms but before the Jacarandas comes the.... daffodils! And you can see them in all their glorious yellow-ness at the annual Daffodil Festival in the Blue Mountains.

Daffodils are one of the first bulbs to appear as winter eases into spring.

There is a long history of cultivating daffodils at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden dating back to 1934.

More recently daffodils have been planted by the Garden’s horticulturists and during spring, you can see over 65 cultivars of daffodils at the Garden.

This year you can enjoy over 75 daffodil cultivars at the Garden as well as the Daffodil Discovery Walk and the Growing Bulbs workshop.
