The punk Princess of pastry, Anna Polyviou is showcasing her legendary (and award-winning!) pastry skills at a magical Barbie® High Tea at the Shangri-la Hotel Sydney and we simply cannot wait!

Working alongside iconic brand, Barbie®, Anna has created a colourful, delectable and, above all, memorable high tea menu for kids to enjoy with their friends and family. The magical idea came to Anna after working with Barbie® to create a Women's Weekly "Barbie Cookbook" for little boys and girls to share with their family. The recipes, which were inspired by Anna's own role models, her mother and grandmother, are all about childhood nostalgia, happy memories, and the joy of cooking with family.

As far as the high tea sweet, savoury and miniature treats go, diners can expect nothing short of amazing with fairy bread mud cake, rainbow trifle, vegetable sushi, cinnamon crumble burgers, Barbie macarons, buttermilk scones and more.

Kids' tickets start at $50 and adults tickets start at $65 and include a Barbie®!
