Celebrate Australia Day In Parramatta

One of the largest Australia Day celebrations in NSW returns to Parramatta Park for 2020.

This year there will be 15 hours of non-stop FREE entertainment for the whole family. Featuring a hot-air balloon display, fireworks, classic vehicles, kids activities and workshops, live entertainment, delicious food, amusement rides and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Highlight performances include music from Sheppard, Asta and Jess & Matt and live shows from Bananas in Pyjamas and Sesame Street Down Under with appearances from Elmo and Cookie Monster.

Start your day marvelling at the skies with Sydney’s biggest hot air balloon display.

Delight in a showcase of more than 300 vintage vehicles including speedway cars, fire engines, trucks, motorbikes and more, as well as culinary delights from a range of different cultures.

Get creative with a series of workshops, from mask and jewellery making to stilt walking in a vibrant circus playground.

End the night with a bang as the sky lights up with a spectacular fireworks finale.

With so much on offer, Parramatta is the place to be this Australia Day.
