Pear Tree House is a Family Day Care caring for babies and children and located in Bondi Junction.
It is a special place which aims to stimulate children’s development in a supportive and nurturing environment. The program is based on the children’s unique developmental stages and aims to enhance their abilities while providing new challenges and learning experiences. The children are exposed to arts and crafts, music and movement as well as quiet and focused activities including literacy and numeracy. At Pear Tree House they teach the children the importance of caring for themselves, their bodies, their surroundings and their environment.
The children participate in a range of activities throughout their day. These include:
- Indoor and Outdoor Play
- Gardening
- Physical Activities
- Cooking Time
- Art and Craft
- Visit to Library
- Music Classes
- Playgroup at Randwick Community Centre
Food: The menu is carefully designed by Paediatric Nutritionist Mandy Sacher from Wholesome Child ensuring all the children’s nutritional needs are met. Wherever possible organic food is provided, which means the children are protected against pesticides and chemicals. All meals are home cooked and provided by Pear Tree House.
