Their mission is to provide solutions and support to new parents. They provide a diverse range of services, including parenting training, midwife services, home visits for new parents, breast pump hire, nutritionist consultation & weight management, pre and postnatal yoga, fitness training, an online shopping mall for special maternity & baby products, and lots more. They want to be your best companion during your parenting journey.

Mothers Group

Little Whales run Mothers Group meetings on different topics every week. Talks are held regularly with different topics and speakers. They provide a platform for you to share your experiences with other mothers and help you with your concerns during and after pregnancy.

Tai Chi (Wed Morning)

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise and martial art practice composed of flowing and graceful movements. Tai Chi is an important component of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has significant physical and mental benefits, as it's focused not only on body mechanics but also on mind-calming and the flow of the body's internal energy. Tai Chi is good for rehabilitation, including after childbirth. It's safe, suitable for all ages, flexibility to take place according to your needs and interests.

Prenatal Yoga (Mon-Sat)

Whether you're new to yoga or a yoga veteran in search of an active yoga routine, Little Whales' prenatal yoga gives you all the tools to make your pregnancy journey the best it can be.

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga actively prepares women for the marathon event of childbirth, while helping women discover the power and inner strength needed during this transformative period in their lives.

Little Whales' professional yoga teachers consider the unique needs of pregnant women, providing a system that works with your body without sacrificing the intensity necessary to prepare for childbirth. By learning to link your breathing and movements in a constant flow, you'll get to know your pregnant body in a new and empowering way and increase your ability to work with your body during labour and childbirth, reducing the need for medical interventions.

Postnatal Yoga (Mon-Sat)

Postnatal yoga practices are uniquely suited to help you regain your core strength, your figure and overall fitness after birth by restoring tone to the deep muscles of the pelvis and lower back.

Each step helps reconnect the body and re-knits abdominal muscles using yoga breathing, inducing deeper sleep and reducing postnatal fatigue. Babies can also be included in most of the postnatal yoga classes, as they teach interactive mother and baby yoga moves to promote ‘active bonding’ in age-appropriate ways through the first weeks and months. The Little Whales Wellbeing Centre recommends postnatal yoga six months after childbirth.

Kids Yoga (Fridays After School And During School Holidays)

Kids have lots of energy and are incredibly flexible too. They love to engage all their senses and explore freely with their mind and body. Little Whales’ kids’ yoga classes are specially designed to allow this exploration to occur. Each class aims to combine elements of stories, music, imagination and visualisation with traditional yoga techniques to create a unique movement experience.

Classes integrate movement, sound and play as these elements have a profound impact on learning, creativity, stress management and can improve health and wellbeing.
