Calling all dog-loving families to the 2022 instalment of the much-anticipated Melbourne Dog Lovers Show!

One of the greatest fur-stivals in the world dedicated to educating, entertaining and inspiring dog lovers returns from 14-16 October 2022 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

From Friday 14th until Sunday 16th October Australian’s of all ages can get up close and paw-sonal with over 800 gorgeous dogs representing more than 100 breeds, illuminating educational talks and demonstrations from celebrity vet Dr Katrina Warren and dog experts Lara Shannon and Rose Horton plus animal training extraordinaire Kelly Gill and The Wonderdogs ready to ast-hound onlookers with new tricks, and learn tips for a happier and healthier hound!

 

Plus, get everything you need to be the greatest pooch parent around with the latest in doggy products, clothing, beds, doors, food, grooming, insurance, kennels, leads, collars, pet tech, photographers, retailers, toys, trainers, treats, vets, walkers and more!

Cafes and food trucks will be in town to keep hunger at bay, plus the grown-ups can relax with a drink at our new Dog’s Bar. The Kids Zone will be in full swing to keep the kids entertained with free Doggy Face Painting, Glitter Selfies and Funny Photo Walls. 

2022 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: 

• Over 30 free educational talks from Australia’s leading dog and animal experts, including Rose Horton and Lara Shannon.
• The K9 Ninja Championships will see dogs work their way through a wild obstacle course hosted by Big Brother star, Dave Graham.
• The Wonderdogs ready to perform their slew of new tricks and performances in the Vitapet Arena.
• Beloka Kelpies will impress onlookers with their working-dog antics.
• The crowd-favourite Black Hawk DockDogs will make a splash with Big Air, Extreme Vertical and Speed Retrieval competitions.
• Opportunity to hang out with your favourite doggo’s at the Pat-A-Pooch Zone.
• Future fur-parents can discover the best breed to suit their home and lifestyle in the Bow Wow Meow Perfect Match Zone
• The latest and greatest dog products and services at Australia’s biggest canine supermarket. 
• Free Doggy Face Painting and a Glitter Selfie Wall to capture the day’s memories in the new Animal Welfare League’s Kid Zone.

Please note that visitors can’t bring their own dogs to the show.
