The Futuristic, Ice Cave-Themed Pool At This Luxury Sydney Hotel Is A Stunner

Here at ellaslist, we LOVE a hotel pool. In fact, we’re huge fans of pools in general. Ocean pools, rock pools, indoor pools, outdoor pools—we love ‘em all, especially when they’re as unique and swish-looking as the one at the new Skye Suites Sydney. 

The 73 one and two bedroom suites in this luxury block are intended for both long and short stays, boasting premium interior finishes, Vittoria coffee machines, Delonghi appliances, Kevin Murphy toiletries and hair care products, AND a bespoke bedding firmness menu. When shall we move in? 

The developers promised big things, and it looks like they’re delivering on this first stage of the Arc by Crown development. Located on Kent Street with easy access to all of Sydney’s most iconic sights, the hotel is a unique expression of innovation and design, while its two glass and steel towers soar dramatically into Sydney’s already-iconic skyline.

And although we came for the luxuriously-designed suites and sweeping cityscape views, we’re staying for the pool. The ice cave-themed pool matches the striking lobby, with curved ceilings that match the arched metal fins at the top of the tower and the balconies. It radiates luxury, relaxation and contemporary, futuristic design excellence. 

The pool is currently only available for hotel guests and residents, so until they change that policy; staycation, anyone?
