Mem Fox and Julie Vivas’ renowned picture book Possum Magic has enchanted children for over 40 years, and Monkey Baa’s magical stage adaptation of the beloved Australian story returns to the stage these school holidays to delight young audiences!

Seen by over 150,000 young people across Australia, Possum Magic The Stage Show is a captivating 50-minute performance that combines spellbinding magic, puppetry, and original music to transform the whimsical world of the book into a live experience for little theatre lovers and their families.

Grandma Poss loves making magic. She makes wombats blue and kookaburras pink. She makes dingoes smile and emus shrink. But one day, when danger arrives, Grandma Poss uses her most magical spell to make Hush invisible. Possum Magic takes us on a fantastical journey to cities around Australia to find the food that makes Hush visible again.

Recommended for kids ages 3 - 8 and their families. Show duration is 50 minutes with no interval.
