In an ambitious proposal to cater for the growing number of families settling into the lower North Shore suburb of St Leonards, a new 250 seat ‘kids cafe’ is being planned for the burgeoning town centre to make sure everyone can get their babycino fix. Could this be all your mother's group dreams come true?

Bringing together the best of both worlds, the kid-friendly coffee shop would feature a cafe and kitchen facilities, plus play areas, party rooms and reading and drawing books. A range of food and drink for kids and grownups will be on the menu including babycinos, pastries, salads, hot drinks and juices.

Twinkle Kids Cafe

The brainchild of Twinkle Premium Kids Café, who already have a sister establishment in Burwood offering kids dining areas, slides and ball pits, the new fun family eatery would cater for up to 250 youngsters, though they expect to have around 50 little ones at any one time. It will be haven for mothers groups, a winner for play dates and the go-to party place for locals.

Twinkle Kids Cafe

Founded in China, Twinkle Premium Kids Café have lodged plans to North Sydney Council for the $550,000 development, stating that the proposal "will provide a valuable service that complements existing uses in the locality, which promotes healthy living in the community.”

The new family-friendly Twinkle Premium Kids Café has been earmarked for the first level of 9 Albany St, St Leonards and plan to operate from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, with an 8pm closing time on weekends.
