A really beautiful way to spend a whole Tuesday or Thursday morning in the city for kids 0-5′s. This is a superbly run and popular weekly kids activity by the Botanic Gardens Trust. Each week the fun and friendly team explores a new garden-related theme, with specially designed activities for children under the age of five including Garden activities, Art and craft, Storytelling, Music and dance, Garden walks & Playtime. Sessions are offered: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10.30 – 12 noon (check-in from 10.15). Please note they do not operate Dandy Lions in high heat, high wind or rainy days.

Cost: Book for a term of Tuesdays or a term of Thursdays – $150 per family for 10 week term (max. 2 children, $50 per extra child). Casual places are also available each week $15 per family. Foundation and Friends of the Botanic Gardens $120 for term bookings. Casual places $12 (advance booking required.
