At MYoga we understand the pressures and stress of modern day living. Our mission is to inspire and empower our students to manifest change in their lives, whether it is spiritually, emotionally, physically or intellectually, and to take what is learnt and experienced on the mat into their daily lives.
Yoga is a holistic approach to life with a focus on balance. We don’t promote one single practice, but rather offer a variety for different bodies and different constitutions. When we look inward and bring our mind, body, sprit and emotional self into balance, we attain the clarity of the sages who walked before us. Through this clarity, we see the divinity in ourselves and in others.
MYoga for expecting mummies: Pre-Natal Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise a woman can take during pregnancy. Connecting with your baby in a loving environment is the best gift you can give yourself during this exciting time.
Our Yoga for Mummies course is adapted for the ever-changing pregnant body and your baby’s needs. Including emphasis on the breath as well as gentle strengthening and stretching, this class will empower you and help to prepare you emotionally, mentally and physically to have a beautiful and positive birthing experience.
MYoga for kids: MYoga for Kids is an interactive, imaginative and creative approach to yoga specially adapted for young and inquisitive minds. We hope to give children the tools to engage and discover their bodies and their minds and most importantly to HAVE FUN. Leave your mummies at the door and enter a 45 minute session free from competition, fear and expectation.
