“Massage and touch is the primary language for your baby. In utero, babies can hear, smell, see and feel establishing bonds that will last forever”.
Massage for Pregnancy: The experience of pregnancy and childbirth is one of the most exciting, rewarding yet challenging times of women’s lives.
Regular massage allows you to get in touch with your body, enabling you to recognise tension, maintain general wellbeing and help minimise the various discomforts associated with pregnancy, including: back pain, exhaustion, leg cramps, and swelling of the hands and feet.
Birth support massage: Learning Birth Support Massage provides you with an active supporting role in the birthing process. It encourages you as a couple to spend quality time together in the weeks leading up to the birth – providing reassurance, love and togetherness-as many couples become more involved and take more control in the birth of their baby. Combining Aromatherapy with massage allows you to create an anxiety free atmosphere during childbirth. Consulting a professional therapist will allow you to choose which oils are the most suitable.

Jaye has always provided me and my family with the best of care – massage, essential oils, natural skin products. She is a nurturing healer with healing hands.
I have been seeing her since 1999 and my children are still asking when they can have their next massage with Jaye even though they are older now.

Visiting Jaye is always a treat. Her massage is by far the best I’ve had – consistently good every time. Jaye’s treatment goes beyond just a massage – she looks after you from when you walk in to when you leave. If you are pregnant this is the treatment for you. Jaye will ensure your comfort with her special bed and other thoughtful touches throughout your treatment. If you are not pregnant Jaye is still the best in Sydney – a massage which focuses on your overall well being and relaxation.

I can’t thank Jaye enough for her contribution to the easiest labour ever! As part of our preparations for birth I had regular pre-natal massages with Jaye. I was very calm and relaxed for the labour arriving at the Womens Hospital to deliver and then returned home within a few hours with our 10 pound cherub. I’m not always the relaxed type so Jaye definately helped me achieve that state for the labour.
That was 5 years ago and I still feel relaxed on entering Jaye’s massage room – even before she works her magic!
Apart from Jaye’s pre- and post- natal massage services, I also recommend her baby massage tuition. Both my babies enjoyed their daily massage as taught by Jaye – it was a very special time for us.

Finding the right massage therapist is a personal thing. I found Jaye when I was pregnant with my first child (6yrs ago) and haven’t looked back, recommending her to all my mummy friends.
Jaye runs her clinic from her home with a dedicated room for massage, so welcomes you into her personal space when you are there.
She is the best deep-tissue/remedial massage therapist I’ve ever met and compliments massages with a variety of eastern, traditional practices like sound therapy (bowls) and gongs, or hot stones.
I can’t recommend her highly enough, I have continued to see her to this day, and well after the birth of my 2nd bub who is now 2 1/2 yrs old!
